RanMarine’s WasteSharks were developed to solve the plastic problem in our waters. To prevent waste from ending up in the oceans via the rivers and then in our food chain, action must be taken at an early stage. The WasteShark is the ultimate solution for cleaning up the rivers.
With a capacity of 500 kg per day, each WasteShark prevents plastic from entering the oceans and ultimately entering the food chain. In addition, the WasteShark can be used to remove biological waste and to collect data about our water quality.
A pleasant collaboration is nice, but the result should not be left behind. That is why we are fully committed to providing RanMarine with the best possible subsidy needs. For example, we have successfully applied for the WBSO within our national borders for the development of the WasteSharks.
We have also realized a subsidy with an MIT Feasibility subsidy, the DHI subsidy and with the Circular Chain Projects. We are also active internationally. For example, we have set up a project to contribute to environmental and waste management in India in collaboration with parties from India (Oceanos and Sagar Defence Engineering). Despite the time and cultural differences, this collaboration has become a success, partly thanks to the Partners for Water subsidy.
